TERMS OF USE

In these conditions:
- "EOC Group" means the EOC Group Pty Ltd, all affiliates and related companies.
- "Conditions" means these conditions and any agreed written variations.
- "Forms" means the list of printable forms displayed on the EOC Group Internet site.
- 'Agreement' means this agreement stated.


1 LIABILITY

1.1 You acknowledge that the EOC Group Internet site is provided "AS IS" and that EOC Group are not
making and has not made any warranty or representation as to the EOC Group sites suitability for any
particular purpose. You agree that in using the EOC Group Internet site, You are not relying on any
statement or representation made which is not expressly contained in this Agreement.

1.2 You agree that the entire risk arising out of installation, down loading, printing use or performance of
any software or documents or forms remains with you. To the extent permitted by law, You release and
discharge EOC Group from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including
loss of profits, loss of data or loss or damage that may reasonably have been supposed to have been in
the contemplation of the parties as at the date of this Agreement) arising out of or in connection with the
EOC Group Internet site or this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by
negligence of EOC Group.


2 NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

2.1 EOC Group may add, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement or the EOC
Group site without notice. The EOC Group will endeavour to provide notice as provided in clause 4.
Your use of the EOC Group Internet site after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such
changes.


3 TERMINATION

3.1 EOC Group may terminate or suspend this agreement or the EOC Group Internet site at any time
or by sending you a system message advising that you have been removed. If this occurs, please
contact EOC Group on 1300 66 71 21 or Melbourne on 03 8646 6200. Termination of this Agreement
or the EOC Group Internet site shall be effective the day notice is received or such later date as
specified in the notice.


4 NOTICES

4.1 EOC Group may give notice to you via a system message located at this site address.
